Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payments

Customers agree to pay the full invoice amount without any deduction, within the agreed payment terms.

All cheque payments must be made payable to Best Companion Pet Supplies Trading.

In the case of returned cheques or non-payment, Best Companion Pet Supplies Trading reserves the right to suspend further deliveries until the outstanding balance is cleared. Legal action may be pursued for recovery of dues.
2. Refunds & Returns

Goods once sold cannot be refunded or exchanged without prior written consent from Best Companion Pet Supplies Trading.

Any refund, return, or exchange request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must comply with the company’s Terms & Conditions.
3. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once goods have been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
